I am 6ft tall male, with 60 kg weight. My routine is I get up 7 am in the morning, after getting fresh have some tea and biscuits , then breakfast at 10am which is 2 rotis with dal and a banana. tham i have lunch at 1.30 pm which is rice , dal, 2 different vegetable curry and fish , then milk in evening and finally dinner 5 roti and a veg curry.
