Low blood pressure & lymphocytosis.

Hi, I took complete treatment for typhoid & my typhi dot, widal are negative from more than a month. From past 15-20 days, my bp has dropped down to 80/50 and have started feeling palpitations & head numbness after I stopping antibiotics. From 20 days, I feel similar symptoms during the initial phase of typhoid but no high fever. I consulted with cardiologist and endocrinologist. All my thyroid , cortisol tests, echo test are normal too. Holter reprt says Brady- tachy cardia. Cardiologist suggested mostly hypotension is due to some infection and advised to go for blood test & typhi dot again. Blood report says lymphocytosis, platelets decreased to 120, RDW-SD increased, liver bilirubin raised, typhi dot & widal both negative. dengue, malaria, hepatitis, TB Gold are negative. Stool & Urine test has WBC but nothing in culture. I feel dizziness & numbness in my head most of the times alongwith ear, eye, right side abdominal pain and at times mild fever 99.2- 99.8F. Kindly advice and help.
