I have been following a diet prescribed by a family doctor for losing weight. The diet involes Breakfast - 1 cup soaked peanuts, 1 egg, 2-3 chappatis with vegetables Lunch -1 cup dal,1 cup vegetables,1 cup mullets+sambhar Dinner- fruit or vegetable of choice.
