Low blood pregnancy test and bleeding

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I got my results today for pregnancy blood test which was taken on Tuesday, at 2 weeks after ovulation. Yesterday I started bleeding and today the bleeding got heavy and my results shows 0.02 mlU/mL., could I still be pregnant? Urine pregnancy test yesterday was negative but I will go meet my gynaecologist today to show the results.
