Low back pain radiating to lower limb is usually due to disc prolapse other causes are spond ylosis that occurs mainly after 50 years ; other cause is spondylolisthesis . By doing clinical examination we can access the reason of pain and further confirm the diagnosis by x ray or MRI scan .
