13 years old male, complain from low back pain-moderate to sever pain-mainly at level of sacroiliac joint and sacrum, he has mild degree kyphosis and very mild thoracic scoliosis(c shaped), knock knee and also hypermobility ligaments and joints.What best treatment to him for kyphosis and knock knee and mainly the pain
