Low B12 and vitamin D
I have been having morning fever and muscle weaknesses for the last two weeks after having a bout of viral fever in July and then in August. A doctor suggested blood test and b12 value was 248. And last I checked, 25-OH vitamin D was 6.4 (this was in Jan) Is the weakness related to vit deficiency and what is the cause of vit def? I have ibs and believe don't absorb nutrients well.
