Just now 20 mins agoI have posted one question regarding love sick of my sister and in that question I forgot to mention that she has a suicidal thoughts,she always keep on telling me that she have no more hope except suicide,even now she is crying and all the time keeping mood off and never eat anything for almost 1 month and last night she ask me a sleeping pill,So sir can I give her alprazolam 0.25×2 or how much is required for her in this bad situation,for her sleep as o now which will b better lorazepam or alprazolam, for loss of appetite which will be good waiting for ur valuable answer sir

Since she has suicidal thoughts, she needs to consult on an emergency basis.. she vl require medications and probably admission too.. kindly consult ASAP
A psychiatrist will help you with the sleeping pills and dosage. I would suggest she immediately gets counselling since she has suicidal tendencies. We need to make sure she is safe first. So talk to her and ask her if she needs help and if she says yes, then give me a call or any psychologist that she feels she will be comfortable with. Don't only rely on sleeping pills because medicines will give immediate relief. Counselling will help her deal with her issue internally.
