Lots of hairfall

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I'm having the worst kind of hairfall of my life I never had that much hairfall my hair comes out every second whenever i touch them whenever i wash them when i comb they come in bunches my hair have been very strong and thick earlier but from one and a Half year they are almost gone and i am left with a very thin pony tail which i use to have in one side of the shoulder only now in total only that much hair are left in total please help and suggest something for gaining them back.
