Lots of hair fall and greying
From last 1 year after having my second son lots of hair fall and greying, hair are unhealthy, rough and freeze. Even last year only shifted to another location where raw water is hard water,nails get black strips, why they comes? and its not vanishing,having dark circles, wrinkles,darkspots want tight and spotless skin,What to do to prevent all

Water has nothing to do with hairloss, it's a myth. There are many reasons for hair fall. So first and foremost we have to find the cause with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes are nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia or patterned baldness, telogen effluvium etc. Unless we find and treat the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Oils or shampoos do not have any effect on hair growth as they are not absorbed in the skin.
