Hi , I had Dengue in October 2023, and after that my hair starting falling out rapidly . In December 2023 , my scalp was very easily visible and half my hair has fallen out . Got to know that it's called Telogen effluvium . But after some googling online , i found out that the hair fallen out from Telogen effluvium has a white bulb on end and I don't notice it in my hairs . So i am concerned if it's really telogen effluvium or just male pattern baldness ( I already had a receeding hairline) . So is it recoverable or not .
Thanks
