Lot of body pains for 18th week pregnant

My wife is carrying. 18th week is running. She is having lot of body pains, mainly backpain. Is it ok, if she can take DOLO650 for body pains..? Or any suggestions plz. She is under gone 2surgerys last 3years back. (Left leg ACL operated, same leg both times) And this is 2nd pregnancy.(1st delivery is cesarean). She is 4.11 in height and 80kg weight. Thank in advance.
