Loss of weight
My name is Isha. In the last 4 months my weight has suddenly dropped. I didn't get a chance to weigh myself because machine is not available here. However, around March and April my weight was 53 kg. I'm sure it has reduced. I've become very thin and it is extremely noticeable. My clothes are very loose and I don't have the energy I used to have before. I don't feel hungry as well like I used to before. Don't feel like eating much. I'm unable to identify the reason.

Sudden weight loss is a real matter of concern,track your food consumption pattern    because  loss of appetite is a major sign of B complex Defeciency.
