Loss of smell
I lost my smell ability on 25 April 2021. Congestion in nose is felt since 25 th april.no other issue is there but now fron 3-4 nights I m having disturbed sleep. While sleeping I feel as if something went inside me and as if I m not able to breath in and simultaneously I wake up.Sometimes there is pain in left side chest.. And also feel dizziness sometimes. However I do all my regular works as cleaning,cooking etc..plz suggest.

Monitor SpO2 levels and temperature. If any fluctuations noted, then get a RT-PCR done for covid. Try breathing exercises every day and encourage proning 30 mins twice daily.
