I had recovered from covid two weeks ago but I have a symptom of loss of smell.
My CGHS DISPENSARY Doctor has suggested me fluticasone Nasal spray IP (flomist) for my smell sense.
So I want to know that is this spray really works or not?

Fluticasone spray is a low dose steroid used as treatment in patients with rhino sinusitis. Loss of sense of smell can happen with any viral infection including covid and usually returns on its own whether you treat it or not. Using a steroid spray may help quicken the recovery period and there is no harming using it but you will have to use it for a few weeks or months to get maximal benefit.
Health Tips
Steam inhalation and sinus rinsing (jala- neti) will also help
