I have got an X ray study done for lumbar sacral spine whose study shows loss of lumbar lordosis due to back muscle spasm.
When I sit for long hours my hips do pain, also on wooden benches I would feel the pain.
Is medication required or any exercise or would time heal the same or is it something severe ?

Hi, if you got only back pain you need physio. Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration of the disc. Dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Once pain is controlled do back muscle strengthening exercises. These symptoms usually settles with physio.
