I am suffering from pain in tail section of my vertebrae and the hip region from past 10 months. I went for the MRI of spine but it came out to be normal with loss of lumbar lordosis as my doctor felt that my pain be due to spine tuberculosis as I was having evening rise in temp resulting in fever. Now I have intermittent fever. My doctor has prescribed me the ointment which worked earlier but now it has stopped working.
Plz prescribe me one which is helpful in such cases. My Anti Ds DNA report is negative as well as ANA is negative.
Can there be a possibility of tuberculosis of hip or pelvis region ?
What should I do ?
