Whenever I travel by air my ear pains and a temporary inconvenience caused like the feeling when water enters your ear. But this time it's persistent with my left ear and I am having a slight hearing loss in my left ear . Kindly advise what to do.

Air travel leads to eustachian tube dysfunction which causes temporary hearingoss, ear blocking sensation and sometimes pain. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use anti Histamine medicines for few days for faster recovery
