Hi, I understand how you feel. Getting accustomed to lockdown restrictions is new for all of us. It is a different way of life and it takes time to get used to it. You are not enjoying things you used to earlier and you are experiencing lack of energy. You can talk about your situation and how you feel with a psychologist and counseling sessions will help you. I understand it takes time to get used to staying at home and not meeting people. However you can still find ways to keep your mind occupied and feel happy. A psychologist will help and guide you with ways to feel happy.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Surely,  I understand your feelings. It would be good to sort out your emotions with a professional as in a psychologist. There could be multiple triggers which makes you feel in a particular way. You have not changed, you are going through overwhelm. You could come out of the phase by sorting out your emotions and learning new coping skills.
Next Steps
Please see a psychologist as soon as possible 🙏
