I am loosing weight no matter how hard i try to gain weight!
Sometimes there i will get frequent urination and that day I will find my weight reduced a lot, also when i get stomach problems(say i get more poop not diarrhoea though), i see weight loss.
Initially i had 71, i went to gym to gain weight, but maybe my stomach reduced and my weight stayed around 69.1-69.7
Now after that lockdown happened, even though i am eating properly i see every day there's variance, and now my weight stands ad 67.3.
I am really worried..
Also my protein intake is less, is that a cause?
And can i drink ensure ? If yes how many times a day?
