Losing baby and heavy blood and pain

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have resently had a miscarriage he was a boy I got to 4 months and 3 days and miscarried on the 24 December. And I not have a infection throughout my body and now I'm really heavily bleeding and cramping exreamly painful but I had a scan to confirm the baby has completely gone but I'm in extreme pain
