Lordosis from belly nd nerve pain in leg
I was overweight since young, but in 2005 I joined a gym and lost lot of weight (101k to 73k) by mid 2007. Since then my studies forced me to leave gym and I was not into any exercise at all leading me reagain extra weight. I am 97k now, 5.7 height, want to go back to workout and weight lifting but pain in my lower back and legs since mid 2015 till mid 2016, went to a local doctor who diagnosed me with scoliosis. I was under his physiotherapy for a month with no improvement, but he would say that a few more days after every 14-15 days. I realised that he was just making money with no attention towards my problem. Later on he suggested me for a D3 test where the results showed that I was vitD def. I was prescribed cholecalciferol caps once a week for 2 months. I stopped taking the caps after 2 months and also stopped going to his clinic. The pain was back so.i started taking the pills every 10 days. He said that I could never get back to gym and do heavy weight training. Is he true???
