Loosing weight during pregnancy.
Have lost weight during 3rd month of pregnancy. Approx 7kgs lost from past 20-25 days. No stool from past one month. 5-6 vomitting during a day. Not able to eat and drink anything. Very much in problem and weakness in body.

Pls add pomegranate in ur diet ..be only on light diet like Khichadi , idli ...vegetable soups will help u a lot !!

It is common nowadays as ladies usually don't care about their food habits before pregnancy. Try to be on liquid diet more.. As per appetite.  Don't drink too much juices/ cold drinks. Use salichya lahya with sugar for eating. It will reduce the acidity as well as committing sensation.
