Twins pregnancy weight issue

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am pregnant with twins , my 7 month is running my weight is sometime shows 70 .4, sometime shows 69.something , I do not understand why is it so ? Also when will My weight increase, as I am carrying twins , will it affect my babies ?
