Loosing temper easily
I am a mother of a three year old girl child and I am a housewife. I stay with my in-laws. My husband is a marketing professional and mostly out of the town. My in-laws are not cooperative enough and sometimes I get involved in argument with them. Now a days I have noticed that I am loosing my temper very easily. Mostly I am scolding my daughter, quarreling with my husband for silly reasons. I am trying to do yoga to overcome it but it's not working. Please help me.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. It's quite common to show your anger on child or husband, but its important to first understand the reason and avoid it. Else it will affect your long term relationship. Generally anger, frustration, irritation, short tempered, Mood swings etc are expression or outburst of stress in mind. Sometimes body condition like menstrual issues, heat in body, acidity etc can also influence such a behavior. Appreciate your self interest in solving the problem by yoga. In addition to yoga, you may need counseling session to identify the root cause , few self therapies, dietary changes or lifestyle changes to manage it better. Feel free to reach out to me online for further evaluation and recommendation that you can follow practically to overcome this problem. Be positive. You will be alright soon.
