I am 26 yr old. My height is 5.5 feet and my weight is 82 kgs. My daily schedule involve hell lot of sitting work. I hardly do any workout. Even I m facing bodyshame. I want to reduce weigth and feel fit and energetic. Because of which I have started facing many issues like feeling drowsy and sleepy. I have good testosterone but they aren't really active. Because of which I am unable to perform many sexual activity.
I am pure vegetarian who doesn't have egg, mushrooms, bangan, cauliflower.
Also suggest me diet which increases my sexual performance.
