To lose the tummy fat/visceral fat you must start exercising on a daily basis.Take high protein,high fibre and low carb diet. Do not remain hungry for long periods of time and do not overeat during your meals. Avoid alcohol at all costs. Abdominal exercises will further help reduce this tummy fat.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Hi There is no particular diet to reduce the tummy fat.You need to follow low calorie and do little exercise for your tummy so gradually you will lose the fat from your tummy. But I cannot give you any diet over here without knowing your time schedule, diet schedule and medical history. As per your height  weight is overweight,  you are overnight not Obase And that developed tummy is called as central Obesity ( means you have more viseral fat around you organs). Which is very harmfull latter on you can get hypertension, type 2 diabetes, gout, etc. Start doing daily 45 min exercise,like walk or yoga. With this you need to take balance diet only diet or exercise will not work you need to do both simultaneously.
