Give her Tablet Oflox-OZ twice daily for 3 days. If fever is there give Paracetamol 650 mg upto 4 times daily sos for fever, headache, bodyaches.
Drink plenty of Electrol liquid..
It is not right to follow a medication course without getting tested first. Please get the RT-PCR test done, you can see that collectively all of us doctors are advising you to get it done. In the meanwhile for the loose motions you can give Tablet Redol 2mg after every loose motion. Would advise you to see a doctor after getting the RT-PCR test done.
hello,
my i strong advise will be to take a rtpcr for covid
as she is having too much of loose stoles i would be prescribing a drug with la.bacillus probiotcs in it
so recommend to take a vedio consultation so that you can discuss it in detail with a physician
Health Tips
keep her rehydrated with sips of tender coconut water and ors solutions
