Asked for Male, 75 Years

After I had loose 20 kg in a month due to diaheraa, my skin of face arms and neck become loose and I also have under eye bags please suggest what to do . And my few nails are yellow, half broken or damaged suggest me what to do, and I have noticed wrinkles on my arm face and hands, I wear specs which had cause very big black spots on my nose.
