Kindly mention whether urine output is normal as earlier or decreased, appetite, if at all baby is able to accept orally, lethargy. Body weight of the child?Maintain adequate hydration by giving ORS( volume depends on weight) If child is not able to feed, recurrent vomiting, decrease urine output, persistent fever ,kindly hospitalized.
