My daughter who is of 9 months 4 weeks is suffering with loose motions, not totally loose but her output is in more number like 3 to 5 times a day , can you please suggest

Don't worry Just keep ur baby well hydrated Give her  plenty if oral liquids including water fruit juices and milk Watch for urine output No need of any medication for that
