Loose motion, vomiting, stomach inflated

Asked for Female, 40 Years

My child is 5 years of age he has lost his appetite, he has been throwing up undigested food. He is hardly eating few spoons all through the day. Also he is passing motion (liquid) everytime he is going to the toilet ( 4 to 5 times a day). His stomach is sounding like a drum when he hit it slowly. ENO & Gelusil has not worked. His temp is up slight

Please visit your pediatrician for examination,do certain investigation, stool for routine and microscopy and culture. Urine test for routine and microscopy. CBC CRP ESR Mantoux test, LFT RFT x-ray chest and ultrasound abdomen
