Hi Dr, My Daughter is 4.11 years old and her weight is 19 kg. Yesterday night she vomited and this morning she passed a watery motion twice.How much ors should be given in a day and when? 2 years back Doctor has given enterogermima 5ml twice a day for 3 days.Can I give the same dose or is there in other medicine for the same.

Yes you can give Enterogermina amp 1-0-1 for 5 days
ORS 200 mL after every loose stool
Tab ondem 1 tab sis if vomiting
Give good hydration
Look for danger signs like lethargy, poor intake, decreased urine output
