Even he done loose motion for  10 times Don't worry Keep ur baby well hydrated Watch for urine output Baby should pass urine regularly Give him plenty of oral liquids including water fruit juices and ORS if needed Give ur baby Liq. Enterogermina 5 ml once a day for 2days Thats all If ur baby not passing urine Then consult ur nearest pediatrician
