I have 4 day baby and she passes stool frequently after feeding.
Since today morning she has passed 3-4 times yellow motion. Pic attached.

Neonates pass multiple episodes of semisolid stool. Usually they have increased intestine movements. That's normal for the breastfed baby.

4 day old baby will pass stool every 2 hours after the feed.
It's normal, unless the baby is irritable, crying or stomach is bloated
