Our kid has loose motion stomach pain and fever. He is 4 years old. We consulted the doctor and got medicines. Can we give coconut water to kid, will it cure stomach ache.?

If child have blood in stool might need antibiotics Or if child having continuous pain then need usg to rule out surgical cause
