I want to know is it recommend to buy loose medicine from near pharmacy or not If near homeopathy medicines has loose medicine which is better packed or loose Will effect of the medicines will decrease? What is advisable suggested?

Either one is better. If you need it for a longer duration of time, better buy it in a bottle which is packed and sealed. If you require it for 2-3 or a week or so, then you might get a small dram with loose meds. Either way if fine and equally effective.
