Loose broken stools
I have been following clean but quiet high protein diet since a year now but from last few months I am always passing loose broken sometime sticky stools.No blood and frequency is also normal.I do have gas but no pain or anything like that.I drink a lot of water and take adequate amounts of fiber also. And I have tried taking probiotics supplements also but that didn't help.What should I do to improve my situation? Can a general doctor solve my problem or I need to go to a specialist?
