LOOPING again again
I am in loop of my past traumatic incident though,matters are solved now but I can not get out of this.2-3 specific thoughts come again again .It disturb my studies my daily .I feel low confidence.I can't get out from this.When I am going to stop the thoughts , thoughts become more stronger.I want to live a Good life🙏

Every time a thought is approaching, while you are in mid of your studies you stretch put your hand and hit it hard (in the air). Repeat this line “you are unimportant and I do not serve you for free” this dodging technique and repeated self talk should help.

Response to trauma varies Pearson to person. It is possible after trauma whatever you are feeling. It takes time to overcome everything, it is rightly said ,"let the time pass, time will heal everything". one suggestion don't try to stop negative thoughts, let them flow...as you will try to stop these thoughts,  they will flow at double speed...

It seems like trauma has actually affected you a lot and disturbing your eveyday routine..dealing with your problem psychiatrist should be knowing detailed history regarding your past trauma..nature,time,relatedness,closeness to you of that person or object is very necessary to know for curing your thoughts which are making loop in your brain as well as in your life..

This sounds like trauma-related intrusive thoughts / rumination. Trying to suppress them makes them stronger — that’s normal, not your fault. What helps : • Acknowledge the thought, don’t fight it (“this is a memory, not danger now”) • Grounding + breathing daily • Trauma-focused CBT / EMDR works very well • If severe or affecting studies, short-term medication can help You can recover and live well with proper help.
