Sir/ma'am
Good afternoon. Patient aged 28, obese with no history of any disease or bad habit had inguinal swelling (bilateral) since 20 days with NO other symptoms.
Patient underwent USG (attached) and post USG report antibiotics were given for 14 days by a top surgeon in the region. The swelling is still present, size has reduced by 30-40%. Surgeon today told that's it mere a piece of fat and not to worry it will resolve on its own.
Is this ok? Or should I consult some other doctor? Kindly guide.
