Long term rash few places on body

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Long term(more than 10 years) rash few places on body (calf , shoulder, stomach, leg). Some times heal by it self, appears again with boarder of the healed area with reddish bumps & very scratchy , couldn't find any relations to food patterns, environment or any other daily habits, went to doctors for many times & taken lot of medicine, but still no luck, please help
