Hi there, That is such a brave step to open up about your concerns. Also, what you are expressing here needs to be evaluated in terms of what is the reason behind your overthinking. Yes, i agree how we over-analyse slightest of the things and predict negative results, while a certain level of anxiety is important for us to perform well in our tasks, it's lethal when it starts impairing our lives in different domains.  What you are experiencing as an unrest in your stomach is a physical symptom of anxiety- a feeling of stomach churning, increased heart-rate, sweaty palms and feet and dizziness are some of the many symptoms of anxiety.
Next Steps
Consult a licensed Clinical Psychologist

Hi Consult a psychologist and talk about what is making you feel anxious and what is making you overthink. It will be good if you express your thoughts. It seems like you feel anxious about events that will happen in the future. It is known that stomach problems are a common symptom of anxiety. A psychologist will guide you with anxiety management techniques to feel calm.

Hi, Excessive anxiety, overthinking, negative thoughts, worst case scenarios all of these can sometimes lead to self-doubt, second guessing your decisions and having difficulties forming connections with people. Managing anxiety needs some daily work. Try this: 1) Get some physical activity and exercise in your daily routine. 20 minutes of physical activity and exercise (walking, dancing, running, yoga, high intensity workout etc. ) 2) Make sure that your diet is balanced and you are well nourished. Not having enough nourishment also affects our moods and thought process. 3) Spend some time during the day on thought reflection. (This is often difficult to do on your own that's why you need the next step) 4) connect with a psychologist that you feel comfortable with. Book an appointment.
Next Steps
Search for a Psychologist in your area and book an appointment.
