Logh fever pain in legs
I had typhoid and covid 1.5 months back, now I feel light fever not shown in thermometer( warm foot and palms), head heavy, pain in legs below the knees, I can't stand for more than 15 minutes. I do not feel hungry at all. I do not even feel like getting up. I have done typhidot again it's negative, and my haemoglobin is 8.8 and ESR is 29. Do I need to worry, is is this just weakness and I should take multivitamins

Your haemoglobin is too low. Recovery from typhoid and Covid has made you weak. Although you may not feel hungry but you should start having healthy meals, multivitamins and increase dietary intake of iron.
Next Steps
Consult your doctor for iron studies and ferritin levels for low haemoglobin and take vitamin supplements as advised.
