I am suffering from low back pain and My MRI report shows Diffuse posrerior disc bulge with focal posterocentral disc extrusion is seen at L4 5 level causing severe canal stenosis and narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses compressing thecal sac and cauda equina nerve roots with impingement of bilateral traversing nerve roots also contributed by ligamentum flavum thickening.
Prominent posterior disc bulge and ligamentum flavum thickening is seen at L5-S1 level intending thecal sac.

It's due to lumbar spondylosis along with the nerve root compression that means radiculopathy.

take rest, start physiotherapy from a good doctor, avoid taking too much strain , avoid forward bending, weight lifting, sitting on the floor for couple of days. take some analgesics for pain
