  4. Liver Related. Should i do in general?

My SGPT and SGOT is 114 and 75. My GGT value is also 62. I have a mild fatty liver and increased liver size. I'm non alcoholic and non smoker. My BMI is normal. I have been taking Liv 52 Tab and Evion 400 from past 2 months. I had COVID 2 months back so I took a lot of medication. Can this be the cause or what should I do in general?
