Please get a CT scan to further characterise the lesion. With the ultrasound one thing is sure that you have fatty changes in liver. Which requires dietary management. Daily exercise and weight reduction.

CT scan abdomen, LFT, CBC, PT/INR, lipid profile, ultrasound liver Doppler and fibroscan test, HbA1C, FBS and PPBS,  thyroid profile
