Liver pain.
Hello doctors in LFT my alt is 69 & GGt is 70  And all other enzymes are in normal range. Having pain in upper right quadrant of abdomen after drinking 1 quarter /180ml hard liquor the next day. USG done result - Fatty infiltration of liver. ( Dint mention the grade). Should i go for Fibro-scan or MRI of the liver i am confused as Ultrasound doesnt perfectly detect the level of liver scarring. One more imp. Question in your lifetime of medical career how many ppl you have encountered who have drank alcohol daily for the longest no. Of years. 10 years , 20 yrs , 30 yrs ?? Or more than that. ?? Kindly do answer this question also.
