Hi sir mam, I am having fatty liver. Doctor has prescribed me sameral 400 tablet two times a day. The medicine is two big two swallow. Whenever I swallow it I feel like vomiting. So I am breaking the tablet in two halves and swallowing each halve. Is it fine ? Will the medicine work this way ? Pls tell me
