Asked for Female, 32 Years

I have liver fibrosis F3 with KPA percentage 12.9 and fat percentage in liver is 400 and my body weight is 104 kgs and also I have high type 2 diabetes and inspite of taking medication and insulin my diabetes is out of control . How to cure this ? And KPA is 12.9 is it progressing towards cirrohsis?

Yeah it's significantly high and is progressing towards cirrhosis U need to control the body weight asap aim for bmi less than 23 as per asian standards, meet an endocrinologist for diabetes control Meet a Gastroenterologist for weight loss and also for cirrhosis Controlling weight and diabetes are going to halt the disease progression significantly U will also require an endoscopy, and basic blood investigations as well
