Hi, Please find below the general treatment for liver enlargement. Dashmooladi kwath 10 ml + 2 tabs Arogyavardhini vati early morning empty stomach. Avoid food for 30 mins after taking the medicine. Shankha Bhasma 250 mg + mandoor bhasma 250 mg + punarnavashtak kwath 10 ml twice a day after lunch and dinner. Liv 52 syrup 2 tsp 3 times a day. Triphala 1 tsp with warm water before bed at night.
